Check Finance

You could be due thousands in compensation for hidden commissions or unfair finance deals. Let us help you find out.

Could You Be Owed Compensation?

At Claim Simple, we make it easy to check if you were mis-sold your car finance. Millions of drivers in the UK may have been overcharged on their finance agreements without even knowing it.

You may have a claim if:

  • The broker or dealer earned a commission on the deal that you weren’t told about.
  • You weren’t aware that the interest rate on your deal could be adjusted.
  • The full terms of your finance agreement, including all fees and charges, were not clearly explained to you.
  • You felt pressured into agreeing to the finance deal.

How The Process Works

We’ve made claiming simple. Our partners at Check Finance (our specialist car finance claims trading style) have a secure system that does the hard work for you.

Find Your Agreements: You provide your basic details, and their system securely connects with credit agencies and vehicle databases to find all your past car finance agreements.

Review Your Claim: Once your agreements are found, the details are passed to an expert partner law firm. They will review your case to see if you were mis-sold.

Start Your Claim: The law firm will handle everything from gathering evidence to negotiating with the lender, working on a No-Win, No-Fee basis to get the compensation you deserve.
